With an undefeated record deep into the season, Nordic Storm is making a clear statement of intent: anything less than a championship is not enough. The team has bolstered its roster for the final stretch and playoff run, announcing the signing of four talented players poised to make an immediate impact on both sides of the ball.

Clifton Duck – Defensive Back The secondary receives a major boost with the addition of veteran defensive back Clifton Duck. An accomplished collegiate player with 39 starts and 12 interceptions on his resume, Duck also brings professional experience from the Indoor Football League. His high football IQ and explosive playmaking ability will be invaluable to the defense and on special teams.

Armand Soulerot – Running Back Adding a new dimension to the ground game is French running back Armand Soulerot. Known for his speed and versatility, Soulerot joins the Storm after a dominant season in the GFL 2, where he showcased his ability to be a threat both as a runner and a receiver out of the backfield.

Edvin Jönsson & Jushua Akena – Linebackers Further strengthening the defense, Nordic Storm has signed two of the Swedish Superserien’s most dominant linebackers, Edvin Jönsson and Jushua Akena. Both players have earned reputations as relentless pass rushers and versatile defenders capable of disrupting any offense.

The significance of joining the ELF’s first Nordic franchise was not lost on Jönsson, who stated, “It is an honor and a dream to be able to represent Scandinavia at the highest level.”

Nordic Storm extends a warm welcome to all four new players as they join the Storm family. Their arrival signals a clear and ambitious message to the rest of the league: the undefeated Storm is only getting stronger.
